We decorate all shapes of glass bottles; round, oval, square, ranging in size from 50ml to 3 liter wine bottles as well as all sizes of glassware for wine, beer and spirits products.

Screen printing technology provides direct printing of your label/design onto the bottle. Our fully automated 8-color machine provides flexibility of printing 360 degree wrap and neck/shoulder printing on almost any shape bottle. We offer organic and ceramic pigments to meet your specific color and adhesion requirements. All pigments used are in compliance with California Prop 65 guidelines. The precision of fine lines in screen printed design and color-to-color registration are key factors when evaluating and comparing the quality of screen printed labels.
Spray coating is a process used to apply color directly onto the bottle using organic or ceramic pigment. It offers wide range of colors, shades and textures: transparent colors, glossy, opaque, etched effect, etc. It can be utilized to color full bottle, partial, gradient, window, base and multi-color. Our automated Electrostatic Turbo Disk Spray Coating is the “gold” standard for color coating. This technology wastes the least amount of pigment and provides uniform, even color coating by utilizing electrostatic charge to absorb the pigment.
Depending on the shape of your bottle and design details, Decal application is a process that maybe most practical. We provide manual application of decals that once cured at high temperature will have the feel and look of screen printed labels with intricate design details.
Hot Foil Stamping is a decor process where foil is directly stamped on the bottle. Foils are available in wide array of colors and shades. Our automated machine provides fine detail stamping for intricate designs and refined uniform surface.
Learning about your brand and packaging requirements will help us to better serve your objectives, improve lead times and optimize packaging costs.
We collaborate with you and your designer to create print-ready-file and decorate actual samples for your review and approval. This process will take up to 4 weeks, depending on design and tooling requirements.
Once decorated sample is approved, a production date is scheduled and decorated bottles are packaged and shipped according to customer requirements.
Bottle Selection: You may choose any of our stock bottles or ship your own bottles for decoration. Stock bottles are offered at one pallet minimum order with volume discount. Custom mold bottle minimum order requirements are above 25K units.
Repacking: All stock bottles are shipped bulk. At customer request and additional cost we can provide re-packing of bottles in 6 or 12 white corrugate boxes. Customer can provide own branded shipper for re-packing.
Test Marketing: As a new brand, you may need decorated samples to test the market and show potential distributors/retailers before making commitment to large order. We offer low flat fee all inclusive solution for as many samples you may need. Please contact our office for details.
On-Demand Delivery: Limited on storage space and need your decorated bottles on short notice? We offer extended warehousing for decorated bottles and ship when you need, as you need it.
